How does one build? Or, how does one know how to build?

A friend of mine once offered to help me with some construction at my home, but said his work was only going to be good for about six months. He was a set builder and sets only need to last that long.

Six months isn’t long for a home, but that’s fine for a play.

What different between building something to last for six months and building something that lasts six decades?

What is the difference between survival and building for the future?

I’ve had an idea for a place to note some commentary, ideas, and whatever.

Yesterday happened.

We are taught that the people responsible for yesterday were thoughtfully building for the future.

What are we building for today?
